Mimi Ausland pictureMimi Ausland, a now 14 year old girl from Bend, Oregon, wanted to help feed thehungry animals at her local animal shelter so she launched freekibble.com on April 01, 2008. "There are tens of thousands of dogs and cats in animal shelters across the country, all needing to be fed a good meal," Mimi shares.

Freekibble.com's primary mission is to provide good, healthy food to dogs and cats and to those shelters who are working so hard to see that none of them go hungry. These shelters need our help. In addition to providing free kibble to the Humane Society of Central Oregon, Mim has added 13 new shelters to the program (from Oregon to Florida) and plan to expand the program to many more! Thanks to everyone for supporting freekibble by playing the trivia game - every piece of kibble counts!

Please make it a habit to go to FreeKibble.com every day to answer the two trivia questions (one for dogs and one for cats) to add 10 pieces of kibble (10 for dogs and 10 for cats) to the daily amount donated to the nationwide animal shelters.
