Fowler Elementary School District in Phoenix, Arizona, embraced their motto: Curriculum Mapping is not one more thing on our educational plate—it is the plate! CM Cabinet members received a china plate as a unique, year-end district thank-you gift to commemorate each member's caring attitude and dedication. Each plate was handpainted by a graduating senior.
